10 Must-Make Healthy Buckwheat Pancake Recipes | Nutrition in the Kitch (1)

On Sunday I shared a delicious recipe for the easiest Paleo Banana Pancakes and I’ve decided to stay on the pancake train and share 10 amazing, delicious, and super healthy buckwheat pancake recipes from the blogosphere! Buckwheat is an ingredient I’m relatively familiar with as I’ve loved using buckwheat groats in recipes for a long time (see here and here) and I also like cooking with buckwheat noodles(seehereandhere), but I have to admit…using buckwheat flour is relatively foreign to me. It’s time to change that! I’ve scoured the blogosphere for the most beautiful and delicious pancake (and crepe!) recipes that use buckwheat flour.

Buckwheat flour is loaded with fibre, B vitamins, magnesium, plant protein, and is naturally gluten free. Each of these pancake or crepe recipes are completely gluten free, dairy free, and most are vegan too! I hope you enjoy this list and are inspired to whip up a stack of these just in time for Mother’s Day. Treat yo’ self right?!…or treat your own mama to these pancakes or even a mama friend who could use some delicious buckwheat pancakes in their life!
