33 Low Carb Keto Cookie Recipes (2024)

33 Low Carb Keto Cookie Recipes! No need to cheat when you want a cookie! Here is a cookie recipe for any occasion!

I would like to share my collection of 33 Low Carb Keto Cookie Recipes.

It is cookie season! I used to make dozens and dozens (and DOZENS!) of cookies in December for gift giving and taking to parties and family gatherings.

I would start early in the month and freeze as I went. Wow, did I make a lot of cookies!

I am now low carb so don’t eat those anymore and have cut down quite a bit in my baking.

There are still plenty of the old favorite cookies around for those who eat them but I want some that I can eat and enjoy too!

I set out to find a good variety of old favorites and some new ones too.

There are lots of low carb options out there!

I tried several; those are the ones with pictures included. I also made notes to any changes I made or what we thought of them.

If there is no picture, I have not made them yet but they looked good.

I know some have nut allergies and can’t use almond flour so have included a note next to each link to indicate which flour is used.

Most of these can be substituted with the other flour if you wish. Know though, that coconut flour and almond flour are NOT interchangeable one to one.

Here is a good article that explains how to change which flour you use. Basically, use ¼ cup of coconut flour plus one more egg for each 1 cup of almond flour you are replacing.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bacon Cookies by Peace Love and Low Carb(no flour) These are very chocolate-y and good! They are SUPER crumbly until they are totally cooled so be patient. I added bacon to only 3 out of 12 cookies because I was a little unsure about that. It was very good in them but I personally don’t need it. The cookies are full of chocolate flavor and the little chunks of peanuts from the crunchy peanut butter are real good in there. I baked mine at 325* for 10 minutes instead of 350* because low carb cookies tend to get too crispy on me. It was perfect.

Maybe I will try a lower temperature for a longer bake time the next time. I used my hands to mix the dough and then rolled into balls and flattened some with my hands before putting them on the pan. I got 16 nice, big cookies.
