    Amazing views

Really enjoyed this viewing platform. Was spacious and views were phenomenal as it was a clear, sunny evening. Recommend going up 30 mims before sunset to get the view before, during and after.Tilt is ok, a bit of fun and worth doing if there.

    Amazing views

Amazing views! We pre booked tickets as was advised it would skip the line but to be honest there was no queue to book tickets anyway. Enjoyed reading the facts on the wall as you queued for the elevators. The views are amazing! The tilt experience was ok but doesn’t last for long and in my opinion was not worthy extra money. We had a drink included too. I chose the wine and was given a large measure, do not expect the co*cktails or wines to be in fancy cups. They are in a plastic cup, this did not bother us though. It was lovely to sit have a drink and soak in the lovely views of the city.

    Great views over Chicago

The weather was not great on the day of our visit so visibility was not so good. However, we were still able to see most of Chicago. When you get to the Skydeck you have only 90 seconds to spend on the glass. This includes the time it takes for the official photo. This is very short and doesn't allow for you to take your own photo's with different views.

    360 Chicago Online Support

Thanks for taking the time to write a review! However, it seems you may be confusing us with the Skydeck. Next time you're in town, visit us at the 360 Observation Deck, an observatory with unlimited time to enjoy our views!

    Amazing views!

The most amazing views! The tilt experience was great and I thought, reasonably priced! Staff were nice and queues moved fast. Only thing that stopped it being a 5 was the cost of the photos. You expect to pay a bit more at these things but I felt $30 for one print was excessive. Would definitely recommend when in Chicago!

Great views of the city and beyond!

Jul 2015 • Couples

We enjoyed our visit at twighlight. As the lights came on, the view changed completely. Since you can stay on the observation level as long as you want, we lingered for a couple of hours enjoying the views. We also encountered no lines going up or down by arriving late in the day. I would make sure the weather is relatively clear, with no fog or mist before making the trip to the top. I am afraid of heights, but had no problems since the observation level is basically the whole floor of a building and I could stand as close or far away from the windows as I needed to.

Beautiful Scenery

Jul 2015 • Solo

There was a short line and very friendly staff. The scenery at the top was beautiful. The tilt was under maintenance so I need to come back when it's fixed.

Inefficiently ran

Jul 2015 • Friends

You can't put a price tag on the beauty... It's amazing! That experience is incomparable! But having only 1 dedicated elevator and one shared with restaurant - well that's just crazy w the number of people who travel thru

Also the tilt was not working when we went ;( bummer

Good place to visit but be sure that it is not in the sea side. You Van not see every thing. You must visit at night as well.

Awesome!

Jul 2015

A lovely view of Chicago!! Not as crowded and popular as Skydeck, which was kinda nice. Tilt wasn't working but that was fine...do this and skydeck if you can. While you're on 360, grab something to drink and just sit and relax and enjoy the lovely views :)

Like and Dislike of 360

Jul 2015 • Family

The elevator was very quick ride up and the view is beautiful. Dislike was that the Tilt was closed and the windows were dirty, which kinda defeats the purpose of seeing out.

The Highlight of My Trip

Jul 2015 • Solo

360 Chicago is another name for the 94th floor of the John Hanco*ck building. Tickets to take in the view were $19 but for $2 more a person is able to make two trips up within a 48 hour period. I "splurged," deciding a trip up to the top during the daytime and another as the lights started to come on would be well worth it. I was not disappointed. From the 94th floor you are able to see all of Chicago, hence the name - 360 Chicago. Interactive screens allow visitors to zoom in on particular buildings and learn more about them. A wonderful video takes people behind the scenes - the mechanics of the building, interviews with some people who live there, information about the restaurant, etc. By watching the video, I learned that there was a section where the windows were replaced by screens, allowing visitors to feel and hear downtown Chicago. (It's right next to the Tilt activity.) That was really a wonderful experience and one that I believe many people miss because they don't know it's there. In case you are wondering, there are bathrooms, refreshments, and a gift shop as well.

Must see!

Jul 2015 • Family

This is a must see attraction. Beautiful views of the city from all angles. I am afraid of heights, but you don't need to get close to the windows for great views. Enter from the lower level on the west side of the John Hanco*ck building.

Worth the view

Jul 2015 • Solo

I think that this attraction is definitely worth checking out if you're like me and enjoy seeing the best view of the city you're visiting. The Tilt attraction was under construction, which was a big disappointment, but I was happy I got to really see every angle of Chicago, and have a beer as well.
