Use to create hot jam donuts with our Donut Mix, swiss rolls, jam tarts, dnaishes, sponge cake fillings, raspberry coconut slice, lamingtons, pavlova roulade, slices and much, much more.

Directions:Spoon, spread or pipe straight from the tub. Can be baked and frozen
Ingredients:Sugar, apple,plum, gelling agent (440), acidityregulator (330), raspberries, flavour,preservative (202), colour (122,124).
Packed in a facility that handles other products so may contain traces of allergin.
Suitable for Halal, Kosher & Vegan/Vegetarian dietary requirements.
Made in Australia from at least 95% Australian ingredients.
Storage:Once opened, re-seal tightly and store out of direct heat or light below 20 degrees celsius.

Brought this jam for a special Father’s Day batch of scones I was making. The jam is exceptional, I’d not hesitate to purchase it again although it’s very over priced I think.

I absolutely love this stuff. It's perfect for using with scones, jam & cream or cupcakes or on pancakes. Anything really. Super sweet but super delicious. The only downfall is that it only comes in this small tub - would love a bigger size - say 1KG would be perfect!!
