I just tried this dressing today. I love it! I added a little bit of cayenne pepper to it for a kick, but it was great with my kale & romaine lettuce salad. I can’t wait to use it for a dip for my veggies. Thanks, Kim!

Oh my goodness, just had to let everyone know how freaking good this is. I’m a wuss, so I added hardly any spice to mine, but I was tempted to just eat the dressing by the spoonful!

A few posts down Summer says she added some cayenne pepper, I tried just a pinch (literally) so that’s what I meant by adding spice (even though recipe doesn’t call for it.)

    Hi Kimberly,

I wasn’t sure where to post this, I have a question and hopefully you can assist :)
I wondered what king of bags do you use for nut milks?, I am asking because I have read about the issues with the fabric, being processed it can have GMO’s, and other chemicals that can disrupt your hormones.
I have tried the cotton one, but I find that they tend to mould really quickly, I did try and soak it with water and vinegar, that didn’t help and now…I don’t know what to do. So, I am looking for a new one, any recommendations would be great.
    Thanks.

I am so inspired, living in miami there are hot bods every where. My weight loss journeys in the past leave me yo yoing. I am going to take everything I have read in your book with baby steps and try to make the changes perminent. This dressing sounds absolutely delicious, exactly what I need to start getting those salads down at lunch time. Do I use a large avocado or a small for this recipe?
