Happy International Self Care Day!I'm very fortunate to work for Kenvue - a company that realizes the importance that daily self care rituals have on building healthier outcomes. For me, my daily rituals include exercising first-thing in the morning (it's probably obscenely early for some, but it helps give me a good energy boost for the day ahead), practicing good oral hygiene and skin care with our Listerine and Neutrogena products, and reading a great novel (mostly spy or legal thrillers) before bed time. Let's be honest though, it's not always easy to do these things every day, so don't be too hard on yourself if one of your daily rituals doesn't happen. Being kind to yourself (and others!) is the most important! And one other thing....it's also important to take the time to fully recharge, so I'm spending this International Self Care day in Oregon.
