MITCHELL, William “Bill” C., seventy-nine, of Royalton KY, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at his residence. He was the husband of Rosie Lavern Jones Mitchell who survives.
There will be graveside services held at 10:00 am, Thursday, November 5th from the Cole Cemetery located at Gun Creek KY, Simon Porter officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
