Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Place Schnitzels in pan and cook. Cover with lid to prevent drying out.

Turn after approximately 8 minutes.

Cook for a further 8 minutes.

Once cooked, allow to stand for five minutes before serving.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 20 mins – Serves: 1

Place Schnitzels onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray. Spray with a small amount of olive oil.

Once oven is heated place Schnitzels in oven and cook for 20 minutes.

TIP: Turn at half way to ensure crumb remains crispy on both sides.

Once cooked, allow to stand for five minutes before serving.
